  • We dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. During peak periods, it might take up to 3-5 business days due to the high volume of orders.

    Delivery fee: The delivery fee will be displayed during the checkout process.

    Delivery Information: We use FedEx for most of our delivery options. Customers will see if delivery is available to their country during the checkout process.

    After the shipment customer will receive the tracking number by email.

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return but this may be subject to delivery and tax deductions and you will have to pay the costs of return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@psychofunkypunk.com.

  • DELIVERY INSIDE THE EU

    PSYCHO FUNKY PUNK ships to the following destinations on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis: all EU countries. This means that all applicable duties and taxes are included in the final price when you place your order, and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.

    DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE EU

    For destinations outside the EU, where Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) applies, the price you pay to PSYCHO FUNKY PUNK doesn't include all relevant import duties and sales taxes.

    We recommend contacting your local customs office to clarify the details of the current charges. Customs policies and import duties may vary depending on your country.

    Please note that if you are requesting a refund for an item you paid duty for, we are unable to refund the duty as it is not collected by us.

    You may be subject to local import taxes and duties once your package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be, meaning all additional costs with taxes, duties, and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
